3. Refund Policy

- Consulting sessions, strategy calls, and completed work are non-refundable.
- Deposits secure scheduling and are non-refundable.
- If a client cancels a project after commencement, fees for completed work remain due.
- Hosting and subscription services may require written cancellation notice.

4. Client Responsibilities and Compliance
Clients agree to:

and legal fees arising from client-supplied content, misrepresentation, copyright infringement, regulatory violations,

We may utilize third-party providers including domain registrars, hosting providers, Google services, social media
platforms, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, security breaches, or service
interruptions from third parties. Clients are responsible for maintaining credentials and security access unless otherwise agreed.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including
natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, cyber incidents, or third-party platform failures.
11. Confidentiality
We agree to treat confidential client information as private and will not disclose proprietary business information
without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary processes, pricing models, or trade
methods belonging to Kaitech Digital Solutions.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of this website is also governed by our

13. Termination
